1 General Provisions

jaeta9 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides services to users residing in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between Bangladeshi users ("User", "you") and jaeta9.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify our support team immediately.
• The responsibility for keeping the account password completely confidential rests with the user.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Multiple accounts within one household or on one device are not permitted. If evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated from the same IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts may be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3.1 Age Requirement

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or, depositing ৳28,000 will apply the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Only real-money wagers will count toward the wagering requirement.
• Certain games may not count at 100% toward wagering.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once; it cannot be used again.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus offers may expire — the specific time limit will be stated in the terms of each offer.
• If an attempt to earn a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
• VIP programme cashback rates: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly; Silver — up to 0.7%; Gold — up to 1.0%.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

jaeta9 supports the major payment methods available in Bangladesh and is committed to ensuring fast and secure transactions.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We support deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.

5.4 Transaction Responsibility

6 Gaming Rules

All games and betting services available on jaeta9 are governed by specific rules.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, the relevant round will be considered void and the wager will be refunded.
• The game provider's own rules apply alongside jaeta9's general rules.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All betting odds are applicable at the time the wager is confirmed; subsequent changes will not be backdated.
• If an event is cancelled or does not take place, the relevant wager will be refunded.
• Event outcomes will be determined based on the announcement of the relevant official authority or sports body.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding the result of any game, our support team must be notified within 72 hours of the event. jaeta9's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaeta9 platform, and if any such activity is detected, strict action will be taken.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system, games, or payment process by any means.
• Collusion Betting: Placing coordinated bets through multiple accounts.
• Bot Use: Playing games using automated software, scripts, or bots.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process illegal funds.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Hacking Attempts: Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
• Abuse: Misconduct or harassment toward support staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jaeta9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances.

8.1 Closure by jaeta9

• Due to any breach of these Terms.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Due to regulatory or legal obligations.
• If evidence of access from a prohibited region is found.

8.2 Closure by User

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

Bonus balances will be cancelled for accounts closed due to a breach of the rules. Actual deposited funds will generally be returned, though an investigation may be required.

9 Limitation of Liability
